NUTRITIONIST’S TIP:
Salad is one of my go-to favourites. I especially like when you can premake them on Sunday and grab a jar and go through the week. I’ve always maintained that part of healthy eating is having a plan, and this is a good plan. You can change the size of the jar if the portion isn’t big enough and you can also include additional protein like chicken if desired.

I love the bold and complex flavours this recipe delivers. Pairs well with plain rice and a non-starchy vegetable. Yes, you can make restaurant quality food at home!
Korean Chicken
This recipe is so easy to make, just requires 2 hrs for marinating and Korean seasonings.
Chicken Curry
This is definitely not a traditional curry but it’s certainly a flavourful non-spicy and easy family meal. Makes for great leftovers also!
