| Risk | Do not use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance, have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, a kidney or cardiovascular disorder, or are allergic to the Anacardiaceae family, such as pistachio. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking blood pressure medication, or have diabetes or a liver disorder.
