Ingredients:

• Borago officinalis (borage oil, seed)(22% GLA)........... 160 mg

• Fish oil (18% EPA, 12% DHA)........................................70 mg
  (Engraulidae – whole, Carangidae – whole, Clupeidae – whole)
• Olea europaea (olive oil, fruit flesh)................................40 mg
• Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol)..................................3.3 mg AT
• Fucus vesiculosus (seawrack, thallus)...............................52 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

• Gelatin
• Glycerin
• Ulva Lactuca Powder
• Beeswax.

Dosage:
Adults: take 1 capsule 3 times daily. Take at mealtime.

Cautions and Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factors (e.g. high blood pressure, high cholesterol and/or triglycerides).

Contraindications:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Known Adverse Reactions:
Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if maculopapular rash, itchy skin, tingling in the throat and/or a feeling of tightness in the throat persists. Do not use if safety seal is broken.
