We take your privacy seriously. We will not sell, trade, or disclose your personal information to any third party. Your information will be used for the purpose of product recommendations and fulfilling your order. From time to time we may send you exclusive offers or newsletters pertaining to health and wellness. You will always have the option to opt out of receiving any of these should you wish.
Shipping
- Shipping fees are as follows:
- $20 flat rate shipping across Canada
- Shipping is free on orders over $200 prior to tax
We only ship within Canada and do not ship to remote rural locations. All prices are in Canadian Dollars and prices displayed are all subject to applicable sale tax. Shipping is done through Canada Post regular parcel service. All orders will be processed the following business day from receipt of payment and shipped out within 3 business days. Shipping timelines vary depending on location within Canada. Typically local deliveries are within 2 business days, regionally is up to 5 business days and nationally is up to 9 business days. Business Orders that are undeliverable because of consumer address input errors (incorrect address/postal code) or unclaimed orders (not picked up at a Canada Post outlet) may be subject to a return shipping cost and a restocking fee. No refunds will be given for Canada Post returned items due to consumer input addressing errors or not picking up your parcel at a local Canada Post outlet. Additional shipping fees will apply to reship any returned items. Please contact sales@nutritiondispensary.ca to arrange for reshipments.
We cannot guarantee shipping timelines are accurate and will probably encounter delays during the holiday season or for other unforeseen circumstances. Please note that Canada Post does not guarantee on-time delivery for Regular Parcels.
Terms & Conditions
There are no refunds or exchanges on products purchased. Nutrition Dispensary does its best to represent all products accurately based on manufacturer specifications, however we can not be held responsible for inaccurate or misinformation related to products represented on our website.
Backordered items will be shipped once available at no cost to you. You will be notified by email in the event of a backorder. You can always cancel a backordered item within 2 business days of notification or request a similar alternative by emailing us at: sales@nutritiondispensary.ca

- We are exclusively an online retailer and as such can devote more resources to sourcing and providing the latest in pertinent nutritional and health information for your benefit.
